Congrats to my cousins band End Of Fashion (he's the drummer) on Winning an ARIA award the other night. In honour of the occasion (or maybe just cause I was bored) I fucked around with a photo I took of the lead singer while I was in Melbourne. The first one is the original. Which do you think is best?
In other news I don't have a girlfriend yet...gee, I guess Grandma will be dissapointed when I see her next :D

I like the second one and the last one. I was just looking at the End of Fashion website yesterday and they called Nick their "lovely drummer" which I thought was kinda funny. Since when do drummers get referred to as lovely? Hehe, gay.
is this the shot you tried to glowing outline on?
i did another with that filter.
i love photoshop.
to think a coulple years ago.. i hated it. (being the bane of film's existance) then i was forced to use it with my work. then started to love it.
btw i like the last one the best. the lightsource is always fun.
helps that the subject is goodlooking as well.
grandmas are like that. mine throws a fit that i'm not married.. just living with my boyfriend. OH THE SIN! it's like eating pork on a sunday.
Maja: yeah they seem to be the best ones. And that is a bit gay
Sarah: I think the third one uses the glowing outline, but because I used the filter selectively it came out alright. Generally I just don't like the results of the glowing outline, but yours came out really well so it seems to be subject dependant, or maybe it's just that it does the right thing for that kind of shot. Photoshop is sweet. I'm sure I have other better filters somewhere, they're just not installed. I thought the last one was cool too :)
The bane of films existence? Why's that?
What's wrong with eating pork on a sunday? kind ruins a sunday breakfast doesn't it?
