It's pretty cold at 3:30am

Well it's 3:30am, and technically now Saturday and I'm freezing. I've got the heater on but it doesn't seem to be working to effectively, I think I'm just easily chilled today... must be the lack of booze. I don't have a heater in my study (though I think the computers and monitors do an alright job) so I've taken my trusty work laptop to the loungeroom were it should be warm but I'm not.... I guess a nice cold glass of Guinness wasn't such a good plan :)

So yeah, the week is finally over, sweet. Next week of course won't be over for three weeks cause I'm going away but that's a whole other story. So what did I do today? Well, finished off the work day with a nice glass of red wine... we have Friday and sometimes other days (if it's real bad a Monday afternoon) after work drinks at my work, which always consist of a glass or three of good red wine, of which there are many bottles in the upstairs part of our office, several dozen at least, and I can't say that I've yet found one that sucked, or was in any way bad :)

Anyway, after work I dropped my shit home and had dinner at my parents place, take away, Hawaiian packs, which was decent. Following that I went to my cousins place and played some pool, but didn't drink cause I was driving. I got home about 10pm. This must of course sound like a pretty soft Saturday night right? Yeah, well not if you've reassessed your priorities and found yourself a lay for the evening :) So yeah, I haven't taken care of the getting drunk part of my weekend plan, but at least I got laid. Hmmm, new plan, can I get laid every day of this weekend? Well.... If I tried I probably could but I'm not sure I'll have the time :D

So yeah, despite the fact that it's heading closer to 4am I can't say that I feel particularly tired.... except that as soon as I typed that I yawned. I'm spent, but not tired, I'm a total night owl sometimes.... maybe I'll clean or tidy some part of my house, or maybe I'll just have a few beers and watch a movie....hmmm, the latter sounds like a better plane, though It'd be good to get the tidying out of the way... oooo decisions... too hard :)

Oh, good news... I don't think the old guy next door is dead. I went round there this afternoon and had a look through his windows and there was no sign of him in the kitchen, loungeroom or bedroom.... or laundry. He could be on the shitter or something though (it didn't even occur to me to be honest) so I might check with the other neighbour to see if she knows if he went away or anything. I'm guessing she won't though. I've never actually met/spoken to her so I guess it's as good an excuse as any... maybe I'll tell her to stop her hippie friend parking in the driveway, it's annoying... then again, maybe not. I'm tempted to break into the old guys house via the roof just make sure he's not in there, but if he's not in there then it's a total invasion of privacy so I guess I'll just see what the other neighbour says.

Well tired seems to have set in fast, I'm nodding off, so I guess I'll just go to bed.
