Hockey's back

Well I've had my first game of ice hockey for the year. I definately could have played better in the first period but after that it wasn't too bad. Took a while to get back into checking people, but I'm getting there. Couple more games and I might hopefully stop holding back, but I guess it depends on who I'm hitting.

The result? Well we won 3-2. A good result for the first game of the year. We have a new goalie who I was really impressed with. I thought he was a sieve in training cause I kept scoring on him but he turned it on for the game and played really well which was good.

The superleague team played before us... I used to play superleague when we had two teams but when we went to one team I decided not to bother... glad I didn't, for some stupid reason the club has decided our superleague team will play non contact.. what's that shit?
